Meet Lindsey Alexis
I’m Lindsey Alexis—coach, educator, and guide for women who are ready to feel like themselves again. I’m also a woman who’s lived many lifetimes in one body: the girl who thought her worth lived in her weight, the woman who overgave to prove her value, the mother who poured from an empty cup, and the wife who lost herself trying to hold it all together.
I’ve spiraled through burnout, betrayal, and loss, and I’ve made my way home, breath by breath, with tarot cards in one hand and textbooks in the other. My work blends grounded science with soulful support. I hold a biology degree, I’m currently completing my Master’s in Human Nutrition, and I’ve spent the last 10 years coaching women through sustainable lifestyle change.
My own healing journey has taught me how to move from survival to self-source, from silenced to sovereign, from scattered to sacred.
