I’m Lindsey Alexis, a women’s hormone and somatic healing coach. I guide high-functioning women toward reconnect to their bodies, regulating their nervous systems, and restoring energy and hormonal harmony through a science-meets-soul approach that honors your capacity and pace.

My story

For a long time, I looked “fine” on the outside; capable, responsible, high-achieving. But inside, my body was asking for something different: steadier energy, calmer mornings, more emotional spaciousness, and a relationship with myself that didn’t feel like constant management.

My path has been shaped by 20+ years of personal healing and 10 years of coaching women through seasons where the nervous system is tired, hormones feel loud, and self-trust feels far away. I’ve learned that healing isn’t about pushing harder; it’s about creating safety, building gentle structure, and listening to the body’s wisdom with both compassion and clarity.

Today, I blend evidence-informed wellness coaching with grounded spiritual support (faith-friendly, always subtle) so you can feel more regulated, more energized, and more at home in your body without losing yourself in rigid rules.

A few grounding facts
Education: B.S. Biology + B.S. Food & Beverage Management; currently pursuing a Master’s in Human Nutrition focused on women’s health and chronic illness.
Hands-on experience: pediatric ICU, spinal rehab, and mammalian cell culture labs focused on disease and metabolism.
I’ve supported women navigating: PCOS, Type 1 diabetes, endometriosis, emotional burnout, and hormonal imbalances.
Roles: speaker, educator, and podcast host.
What I believe about healing
Healing becomes sustainable when it feels safe, simple, and sovereign. When you’re not outsourcing your intuition, and you’re not forcing your body to comply.
